Driver Pros USA has high standards for quality. Each driver must meet the following requirements: Ö Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the equipment they are being hired to operate Ö At least 21 years of age Ö Possess verifiable, current experience Ö Pass a pre-screening process and written skills test Ö Pass a thorough background screen including: driving record, criminal check, accident history, drug and alcohol history and overall safety record Ö Pass a DOT regulated, pre-employment drug screen Ö Pass a DOT physical or provide a current DOT physical card Ö Pass a refresher in CDL training including: hours of service/logs, drug and alcohol awareness and vehicle inspection Ö Enroll in a DOT compliant random drug and alcohol testing program

Driver Qualification Packages are a multi-level process. We screen your candidates through each step progressively. If your candidate fails a step, we will not move further with the screen. You will only be charged for the steps that were completed.
